Trip Report: Cumberland Island 2022

Cumberland Island is a fun trip for all types of scouts, but is particularly catered for intermediate to older scouts. It consists of a 7 hour drive to a campsite in Georgia then a next day Ferry to Cumberland Island. You do have to hike a bit to the campsite, but other than that you barely have to walk. Cumberland Island is know for its moments of fishing, visiting Spanish ruins, watching manatees, and using bike transport throughout the island. You also get to see the beach while hanging out with friends. So its overall a good trip with tropical vibes to go around.
