Tuesday !!! June 8 Welcom new pasture PLEASE DO NOT FORGET we wish to present him with an offering basket of goodies called a pounding ( please bring a donation a open house welcome gift!!)

Let’s welcome our new pastor On June 8 at 8

In welcoming  our new CHPC pastor.  We will offer him a welcome basket filled with home needs such as cleaning supplies, paper projects, food and area information. Maybe even a few gift cards for local area .

If you have ever moved your family them you understand how much something like this can be appreciated.

This gift is a official welcome we hope to have a blessed positive relationship with our new partner and the offering of a pounding is an old fashioned tradition information below.

Protocol has not changed : A reminder was sent out that addressed the importance of safety regarding Church protocol for covid, addressing our agreement with the church to stay within designated areas and to wear a mask even with new mandate we ask that you respect the numbers we have when we come together and continue to wear a mask Patrols are welcome to move meetings outdoors .

Fox: Service : Stomp cans ,Straighten up Garage and Office please help clean the garage!!!

Flaming arrow -DONE WEEKLY • West Bank Please pick up branches & trash, rake leaves Good Turn part of “West Bank:” Use rakes and spread mulch to fill in holes in Children’s Playground.

Please encourage book checks for all scouts actively working on advancements, go to office at schedule time

Summer camp planning ;

• 2021 Annual Health and Medical Record update time. If you are going to summer camp or anything longer than 72 Hours this is a must. Download, print, complete Parts A+B, Part C is to be completed by your physician. Turn into Bonnie Depew.

Summer Camp: please make sure that your classes are set make sure that your uniform is ready check out brother closet for uniform exchange

schedules will be posted on the Jones Bldg door.  Please announce to scouts that they should check and may have options for some classes.  Me. Hasler just noticed several slots opened ; for Eagle Bound which could benefit some scouts more than what they may be taking

make sure that you have paid your fees.
