When
Troop 48 will complete registration for classes. First come so chose early and pay Troop Treasurer. Recommendations are also to obtain merit badge book from troop library (share among participants) and print out the worksheets to begin learning the content.
Trip consists of driving to and from King University in Bristol, TN. Leave CHPC 7 am sharp. Packet pick-up by troop leader at 7:45 am. Kick-off in Chapel at 8:20 am. Classes begin at 8:40 am in White and Maclellan Halls. Scouts and adults will take merit badge classes and adult leader training.
Morning classes have staggered end times. A buffet lunch is provided as part of the registration fee. Meals will be in the university cafeteria in Maclellan Hall. Afternoon classes start at 1:00 or 1:30 pm to finish by 4:30 pm. Troop will reassemble at Chapel before heading to vehicles for trip home.
