As an easier alternative, this Saturday is offered by Mr. Hasler who will be leading a morning hike to the flat Phipps Bend walking trail featuring wetland views along the Holston River. Participants have two choices. Per the trip sheet, they can meet at CHPC at 8am to arrange carpooling for 8:15am departure. Or can meet at the trailhead at the back of the industrial park by 9 am for a 5-mile hike with family members welcomed.
