Eagle Project Workday (Parker Pickup)

I was wondering if you could include my Eagle Scout Project in your weekly email for the troop and fellow scouts to notify them of my upcoming project. For my project I am helping restore the outdoor learning center at Washington Elementary School. I am having my first working day of my Project on the 18th of September and the second date is the 25th of September.  We would like to have volunteers at the west end of the parking lot at 9 AM-1PM. Water, snacks, and lunch will be provided.  In the email can you include for them to bring flat head shovels, wheelbarrows, working gloves, spade shovels, loppers, rakes, weed eaters, and wear old shoes and clothes. Please have them RSVP me through text with availability and items they can bring.
