PATROL MEETING CHECKLIST for Tuesday, June 29 2021 Troop 48’s Annual ball game –
Meet at the Rock Springs parking (see t48.org event notice). Be prepared to play softball or kickball. Or both!!
If need to switch to CHPC due to inclement weather, emails, texts, and Facebook update will be made plus
someone posted at field.
We will have summer camp paperwork and camp patches !!!! We Will be announcing honor scout by patro and
overall.
Bring your book if you would like a book check to document your work at summer camp
This week:
61 members of Troop 48 had an amazing time at CDC summer camp along with 9-15 adult leaders. We thank
Vic Hasler and Heather McNabb for being at CHPC fir our Tuesday Troop meeting Jones Building for an
opportunity to have personal attention.
We thank all families that attended Wednesday June 23 – 2021 Troop 48 Campfire / Formal Flag Retirement
Ceremony / Ice Cream Social Friday and June 25 – Family Night at Camp Davy Crockett
We will have updated information very soon !!! Currently Covid protocol has not changed ”yet“. Troop 48 is
working on a new plan with Rev. J David.Our agreement with the church to stay within designated areas and to
wear a mask even with new CDC guidance. We ask that you respect the numbers we have when we come
together and continue to wear a mask.
Flaming Arrow – DONE WEEKLY • West Bank Please pick up branches & trash, rake leaves
Good Turn part of “West Bank”: Use rakes and spread mulch to fill in holes in Children’s Playground.
Upcoming Eagles David Davenport, Paul Garrett, Jordan Reed and Derek Depew are working on their Eagle

If you have returned home from camp and have something that is not yours bring it to scouts on Tuesday!!!
We have some found and lost items reported !
The camp honor scouts will be announced and patches will be handed out.
