Dec 8-9 Lock-in @CHPC Troop sign up @T48,org – an amazing fun-filled night of games (video, board) and a movie
We will be delivering firewood to two houses after the lock in on Saturday. We will meet at the wood lot at 9:00, after breakfast at the lock-in. Contact Jacob or Mrs. Dunnivant. For more information

- Bring your personal and home first aid kits for inspection
- We’ll check patrol and troop first aid kits also

Winter Gear orders WE HAVE EXTENDED the order timeline Orders will not be in for Christmas!! We are still taking orders
Pay Mr. Browning and turn in the order form to Ms. Keeton. To see pictures of each winter gear item, Google search for the Model Number listed on the Order Form. TIME IS RUNNING OUT winter gear can only be ordered every 2 years!!! Model Number listed on the Order Form.

We worked on the Sustainability merit badge (Req 4a) on December 5th helping Eastman put together recycling sample kits for educational purposes. We will ask for volunteers (if not doing first aid advancement) to complete the project on 12/12.
Note: Cyber Chip is being phased out as an option for Scout and Star rank requirements. Only Personal Safety Awareness will be used. Also for upper ranks, Troop 48 requires the scouts before the Scoutmaster Conference to complete a Leadership Self-Evaluation form.
Winter Camp (Jan. 12-15, 2024) Register here individually (not a troop trip) right now and pick desired classes. See Pages 8 and 9 of the event guide. Registration closes on January 5th.

Rentals are Available, Lessons are Available, and Excellent beginner slopes.
Spring Camporee (March 23-24, 2024) – Save the Date. Activities on Saturday (Frontier Experience, Field Games, STEM/NOVA, COPE elements, Live Music, Cowboy Action Shooting) with an opportunity for overnight camping.
Summer Camp (June 16-22, 2024) class registration ARE NOW OPEN. See Mr. Hasler about your preferences. Refer to the Class catalog. Some favorite classes are filling already. You must register on T48.org and pay a $25 deposit to Mr. Browning.
