PATROL MEETING CHECKLIST for Tuesday, January 25, 2022
Confirm 50% of the Troop is in attendance for the order of the Arrow election.

- Pre Meeting temperature check
- CHPC mask mandate (unless you have a medical excuse)
Please make sure you do not enter any of the Daycare areas
Meeting-
- Take attendance. Add trips, churches, service hours, etc. for meetings missed. Counsel and sign off advancement.
- Call patrol members who are not present.
- Discuss possible new Scouts for patrol.
- Prepare for OA elections
- Sign up for SFF /CCF Feb 4-5 Feb 18-20 Klondike Derby. Pay Jerry Browning.
- Sign up, pay for March 5 Merit Badge University.
- Sign up for CDC summer camp classes –

Service: Panther – West Bank: Fox* *November West Bank will go to a monthly rotation ** Good Turn part of “West Bank”: Use rakes and spread mulch to fill in holes in Children’s Play
Jan 25– Order of the Arrow Elections. We need to have 50% in attendance to hold this vote please reach out to all patrol members !!!
The Order of the Arrow is the honor society of the Boy Scouts of America, composed of Scouts and Scouters who best exemplify the Scout Oath and Law in their daily lives as elected by their peers.
An election will be held all that were nominated have shown the camping and leadership to deserve this honor!!!
