There are MANY topics to cover. APL need to be prepared to start patrol meetings in a timely fashion.
PLC will be outside easy to find and not breaking any cross contamination rules. Evening will grow dark at 6:47pm; however, there is a outside light and hope to not run to far over. If raining, PLC is moved under the bus shelter which has lights.
