Individual requests by youth and adult to not be in photos or name shared in any form will be honored and overrule any statements below.
Any items able to be public will be at troop leadership and editor discretion.
Some pages and menu items may be private solely for site simplicity to visitors.

- Truncated name (First name Last initial, e.g. Timmy S.) – public
- Names of adults – public
- Photos of individuals (youth or adult) – public
- Troop membership profile details (contact info, etc.) – private
Events
- Names of events – private
- General location of events – private
- Dates of events – private
- Registration for future trips – private
- Trip details (e.g. trip sheets) – private
- Post trip write ups (abiding name and photo restrictions above) – public
