Webelos Woods

Arrow of Light Den Leaders prepare your group to engage with active Scouts BSA units from across the Sequoyah Council. Webelos Woods is designed to give AOL youth a vision of what their Scouting future could be.

*Units will need to bring all food needed for the weekend.

Friday November 5th

6:00 – 7:30 PM – Registration / Set up

7:45 – 8:15 PM Cracker-Barrel for Leaders

8:30 – 10:30 PM Movie // Free Time

Saturday, November 6th

7:30 – 8:00 AM – Registration

8:15 – 12:00 PM – Morning Session

12:00 -12:45 PM – Lunch

1:00 – 4:45 PM – Afternoon Session

4:45 – 5:15 PM – Staff: Breakdown Areas // Participants: Begin your Supper preparations

7:00 – 7:45 PM – Campfire

8:00 – 12:00 AM – Movie // Free Time

Sunday, November 7th

9:00 – 9:30 AM – Church

9:30 – 11:00 – Clean Up // Check-Out
