Summer Camp (June 16-22)

Physical forms, including Part C, are due!!!!! Bring them in to Ms. Taylor ASAP.

Check the Brother’s Closet for extra scouting uniform parts, t-shirts, and hiking boots

We need snack donations for the week!!!! We like to put out healthy snacks throughout the day, we have learned that our busy scouts need a little bit more than camp dining.

We also would like to bring back a Troop 48 tradition that was paused with Covid. Planning a family meal for all to come together and eat in celebration of Father’s Day. We have lots of fathers volunteering at camp or dropping off their children at camp.  So, rather than have Scouts bring a packed lunch, we want to plan a potluck. If you are willing to assist with this, please see Laura Watts, Julieann White or Julie Keeton.

Ballfield Night (June 25)

When we return from camp, Troop 48 will have the traditional kickball night at the Sullivan Heights Middle School (former South HS) front ballfield.  Park in the lots or in front of the building but not along the main entrance road.  Rain plans are a regular troop meeting at CHPC.
