Cumberland Island Expedition, tentatively May 25-31, 2025.
Please register and make a $100 deposit by Nov. 19th. The troop has completed this trip every three years for a very long time. Almost every scout and adult that has attended this event ranks it at or very near the top of their scouting experiences. The outing is relatively inexpensive (about $300 per attendee) but planning the event is very detailed and time consuming. We will have our opportunity to make camping reservations in mid November so we need feedback quickly. We have certain scout qualifications since scouts will be camping for about 7 days, possibly without a parent. The scout must be at least Tenderfoot and have passed or made a strong effort to pass 1st Class rank requirements for: • Camping • Cooking • First Aid • Hiking • Swimming. Backpacking experience and CPR/First Aid Training is also required for each attendee. You can find more information here. Register here.
