Patrols do not need to plan food!
If you are planning on attending the Klondike Derby you need to already be signed up. Plan on eating well. The adult leadership will be cooking for you, as we normally do so that all youth can concentrate on the event. Each scout will need to bring a bag lunch. Adults will provide 2 dinners and 2 breakfasts so no need to plan meals! If you did make a meal plan feel free to share your menus as we would love to see what some of your thoughts and ideas are. Julie Keeton, Heather McNabb, Sandy Wexler, Julieann White Paul Ketchum, and Michael Brandby will be happy to have any additional Adults help if you are interested.

Meeting- one leadership corps member will be in each patrol meeting to make sure the meeting is running smoothly and to answer any questions :
1. Review Sign-ups for Feb 18-20 Klondike Derby. Pay Jerry Browning.
2. Take attendance. Add trips, churches, service hours, etc. for meetings missed.
Note: patrols are not recording what their service hours are for. Please fix this. Church hours note, Max is 3 churches- IF listing a 4th church note as meeting – note why scout has an extra meaning, class for God and Church or confirmation, etc.
Church/service- is not a youth group meeting. Going to church is not service hours; Church is not service; it can be an extra meeting, service hour should be noted for example handbells, Working music, or singing chorus, etc…
Other extra meetings are something with the cubs, order of the arrow, patrol time, etc.
Service is any volunteer time done that is not benefiting a family member or yourself. If you are doing it for advancement or pay that is benefiting you.
Scouts that have earned Toti’n Chip at CandyLand will be recognized 2/15/22 If you are going to Paul Bunion you need your card if you can not find your cards at home – if lost (or never given), request another. Asap
