DESCRIPTION:3/1 Update from MBU\n\nTry to print off course requirement shee
 t for your merit badges (found on-line) prior to attending MBU and then pl
 ease remember to bring paper/notebook and pen/pencil so you can document y
 our accomplishments for the merit badge (s). Bring a water bottle as well.
 \nYou will get individual notes from classes but some requirements:\nFirst
  Aid: bring a personal first aid kit if you want to complete the class.\nL
 aw: requirement 4 has to be done outside of class\nPaint: please bring old
  clothes since you will actually be painting around camp\, not just a canv
 as.\nSculpture: bring a sturdy box about the size computer paper comes in 
 to safely take home your projects.\nOrienteering: wear comfortable shoes a
 s you will be walking and you can bring a compass if you have one otherwis
 e you can borrow camp compass\n\nClimbing complete by March 7 or you won't

 sportation to Troop 48.\n 	Regular Rate Registration $20 begins February 2
 0th.  Plus $10 transportation to Troop 48.\n 	Registration closes end of 
 the day on March 5th.\n 	Adults $10 - Patch and Lunch\n 	Meals will be pro
 vided through the buffet line.\n 	Lunches will be staggered.\n\n\n\n\nCanc
 ellation Policy\n\n\nSequoyah Council Events and Activities Refund Policy\
 n\nUpdated 12/9/2019\n\nThe Sequoyah Council will process refunds for acti
 vities fees under these conditions:\n\nRequests must be made in writing an
 d submitted to the council service center via mail\, fax\, or email. Reque
 sts must give scouts name\, unit number\, activity for which a refund is b
 eing requested\, and the reason for the request.\n\nAll refund requests mu
 st be received NO LATER THAN FIVE DAYS after the event is completed. Reque
 sts received after this time will not be processed.\n\nRequests for refund
  made:\n\n            Two weeks or more before the activity: 
     100% refund\n\nLess than two weeks and up to five days after event:
   85% refund\n\nSix or more days after the event:     No refund\n\n 
 \n\nReasons for requesting a refund:\n\n1. Serious illness or injury preve
 nting attendance\n\n2. Death in family preventing attendance\n\n3. The eve
 nt or activity is cancelled or rescheduled\n\n4. Scheduling conflict or fa
 mily commitment\n\n \n\nIf the event or activity is cancelled or reschedu
 led\, the Sequoyah Council will transfer fees paid\, to an upcoming event 
 during the same calendar year with no penalty or will refund the full amou
 nt paid. Fees of less than $5 will be considered donations and will not be
  refunded.\n\nAll refunds will be made by check within 30 days of the clos
 e of the event and will be mailed. In the case where a unit has registered
 \, the unit will receive the refund.\n\nThis is the standard policy in pla
 ce for all District and Council activities\, unless otherwise published. S
 pecial situations such as Council Contingents (Philmont\, Jamboree\, etc) 
 have special refund requirements.\n\nRefund requests must be submitted in
