 utdoor Leader Skills (IOLS) training from 6:00pm Friday\, January. 15 thro
 ugh 7:00pm Sunday\, Jan 17\, 2020 during Winter Camp\n\nCost is $40 per pa
 rticipant.\n\nThis course builds and expands on the concepts and themes i
 ntroduced in Scoutmaster Position-Specific Training and provides Scouters 
 with the confidence to take youth into the outdoors.\n\nSpecifically\, thi
 s hands-on program gives adult leaders a practical introduction to the pat
 rol method of a boy-led troop by teaching many of the practical outdoor sk
 ills they need to lead Scouts in the out-of-doors. In addition\, the teach
 ing methods\, activities\, and games model the variety of teaching used in
  effective and engaging Scouting programs.\n\nWho Should Take IOLS?\n\nThi
 s course is part of the required training for Scoutmasters and Assistant S
 coutmasters. In addition\, Webelos leaders planning to cross over into Sc
 outs BSA and troop committee members or other interested leaders are encou
 raged to attend.\n\nWhat Is Included?\n\n 	Meals (dinner Friday\, breakfa

  who have completed Scoumaster leader-specific training)\n 	Group gear (st
