SUMMARY:First Class Orienteering
DESCRIPTION:Come enjoy this Saturday afternoon outdoors and learn about Ori
 enteering\, maps\, and how to use a compass. This event will cover First C
 lass Requirement 4a and 4b. It is a perfect opportunity for scouts wishing
  to complete needed requirements as well as start the Orienteering Merit B
 adge. The event will consist of about .5 hours of instructions followed by
  a 100 meter pace course and running a beginner level Orienteering Course 
 on Duck Island.  Follow up sessions will be offered periodically to help 
 scouts complete all Merit Badge requirements.\n\n
