DESCRIPTION:Trip Sheet\nRegistration Opens June 3rd\, 2024\nPacking List\nW
 e are offering a Friday night experience to older youth (age 14 by Septemb
 er 1st and 1st class).\nAll others are welcome to join in on Saturday for 
 what would be a standard DTR weekend.\n\n\n 	\nTHIS IS NOT A TRUCK IN EVEN
 T. \n\n 	\nDO NOT TAKE PATROL BOXES\, LARGE STOVES\, ETC.\n\n\n\n&nbsp\;\n
 \nTrip consists of backpack-style tent camping on an island (sometimes) in
  Cherokee Lake\, about 3 miles from Camp Davy Crockett.  All gear\, excep
 t for patrol water jugs\, needs to be in backpacks (no coolers).  Meals w
 ill be prepared by ad hoc food groups from their pre-planned menus.  Will
  use cooking fires and/or backpacking stoves (no propane stoves).  Activi
 ties include water skiing\, extra canoeing\, swimming with life jackets an
 d shoes\, gravity assisted descending from “Dick Tracy Rock\," arrowhead
  hunting\, fishing\, a formal Troop 48 style campfire\, and church service
 .  Will leave the island around 1:30pm Sunday.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nIf we should
  have thunderstorm activity that limits canoeing activities\, we have rese
 rved Grey Squirrel Campsite for Saturday night.\n\n\n\n$$ You Must See Mr.
