 0 or larger)\n- (2) 40ft length of rope\n- Scouts BSA Handbook (at least o
 ne)\n- A tool that would be useful for trail maintenance\n- Working Flashl
 ight viewable in daylight\n- Work gloves for each member of patrol\n- Patr
 ol flag\n- Make sure the sled is strong enough to bear the weight of your 
 equipment and will hold together!\n- Sleds may have wheels for use during 
 the day\, but they must be removed for the race.\n- Sleds should be “dec
 orated” to meet the theme of the event. This year’s theme is simply 
 “Klondike” and can be interpreted as each patrol sees fit.\nRules &amp
 \; Regulations\n1. All Scouts should be in Class-B uniform during all Satu
 rday activities.\n2. Each patrol should have a patrol flag on their sled c
 omplete with a patrol name and troop\nnumber.\n3. Each patrol must have a 
 patrol yell.\n4. While at camp we expect that everyone will follow the BSA
  Guide to Safe Scouting.\n5. We expect that everyone will remember and fol
 low the Scout Oath and Law.\n\nSled can have removable wheels and can be d
 esigned as the unit desires. For the Sled race\, however\, the wheels will
  need to be removed.\nCampsite Inspections (Award will be given)\nPlease s
 tudy up on what a Scouts BSA campsite is supposed to look like. We will ha
 ve judges from each district come through and do a campsite inspection. Aw
 ards will be given out for best campsite setup.\nNotes to Unit Leadership 
 and to Campsite Inspectors:\nThe purpose of the campsite inspection is to 
 help teach Scouts the value of having a clean\, neat\, and safe campsite. 
 The inspection is intended to be a positive experience for Scouts and adul
 t leaders rather than a punitive measure.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nIdeal Patrol size 
 is 4 - 8 Scouts.
