SUMMARY:2023 Kingsport Crazy Eight Race Support
DESCRIPTION: The event is happening July 15\, 2023.  We Run Events will 
 once again be host to the USA 8K National Championship.\nEvent Schedul
 e\nThe field sanctions a circuit of national championships for different 
 road race distances across the country.  The top USA runners travel to th
 ese premier events with the hopes of being named the national champion a
 t that distance.  The Crazy 8s 8K has been approved by USA Track &amp\; F
 ield to host the 8K championships for 2022 – 2025 and will be added to t
 he USATF Running Circuit.\n Schedule of events will remain the same:\n\n 
 	\n7:58 pm – Almost Crazy 3K Run/Walk presented by Ballad Health &amp
 \; Eastman Credit Union\n\n 	\n8:58 pm – Ballad Health &amp\; Niswonge
 r Children’s Hospital Crazy 8s 8K Run\n\n\n2022 Crazy 8s Water Stations/
  Barking Lot: Organization-Contact\, Location\, Race\n\n 	\nUT Alumni Ass
 ociation - Redwood/Borden.  Just past Mile 1.  Runners turn left from R
 edwood to Borden\, then bear right\, staying on Borden. 8k only\n\n 	\nHM
 G - Pineola/Greenfield Ave (~2 mile\, 3k Runners will go around cone and 
 then turn onto Greenfield\; 8k Runners stay straight).  3k and 8k\n\n 	\
 nMartin Dentistry - Midland/Ft. Henry (4K split\, 3k and 8k Runners turn 
 onto FT Henry Dr.).  3k and 8k\n\n 	\nMountain Region Family Medicine 
 – Ormond Dr/Swannanoa Ave (~3 mile\, 8k Runners turn onto Swannanoa Ave)
 .   8k\n\n 	\nAmedysis – Konnarock/Sherwood Dr (~4 miles\, 8k Runners
  turn onto Sherwood Dr)   8k\n\n 	\nBoy Scout Troop - Barking Lot just
  before entrance to the stadium (stadium)  3k and 8k \n\n 	\nDB Band –
  Helped as Road guards (previous years)\n\n\nLet us know your plans so we
  can make sure to put you on the list.  Once I have the confirmations\, 
 I will send out more information about times and to get shirt sizes.
