 h (age 14 by September 1st and 1st class).\nAll others are welcome to join
  in on Saturday for what would be a standard DTR weekend.\n[avatar user="M

 ENT. \n\n 	\nDO NOT TAKE PATROL BOXES\, LARGE STOVES\, ETC.\n\n\n\n&nbsp\;
 \n\nTrip consists of backpack-style tent camping on an island (sometimes) 
 in Cherokee Lake\, about 3 miles from Camp Davy Crockett.  All gear\, exc
 ept for patrol water jugs\, needs to be in backpacks (no coolers).  Meals
  will be prepared by ad hoc food groups from their pre-planned menus.  Wi
 ll use cooking fires and/or backpacking stoves (no propane stoves).  Acti
 vities include water skiing\, extra canoeing\, swimming with life jackets 
 and shoes\, gravity assisted descending from “Dick Tracy Rock\," arrowhe
 ad hunting\, fishing\, a formal Troop 48 style campfire\, and church servi
 ce.  Will leave the island around 1:30pm Sunday.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nIf we shou
 ld have thunderstorm activity that limits canoeing activities\, we have re
