DESCRIPTION:20220619 2022 Troop 48 Summer Camp v 2.1(Trip Sheet)\n&nbsp\;\n
 \nCustom Quick Dry Troop Shirts are available for $15 each.\n\n \n\nSummer
  Camp Checklist\nTrip includes cabin camping in Black Bear campsite.  Cab
 ins are large\, two rooms with doors\, wood frame double-bunk beds with ma
 ttresses\, but no pillows or bedding.  Some tents on wood platforms may b
 e available.  They are open bottom\, no mosquito netting.  We will camp 
 in the Black Bear campsite.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nEvery day will be full of activi
 ties beginning with wake-up at 6:30 A.M. (unless you are participating in 
 the Up With the Sun Fun Run and or the Polar Bear Swim) and ending with ta
 ps at 11:00 P.M.  Many merit badges (MB's) are offered in classes.  Spec
 ial instruction ("Eagle Bound") is given for Tenderfoot\, 2nd Class\, and 
 1st Class ranks.  Popular activities include swimming\, boating\, rifle a
 nd shotgun shooting\, archery\, handicraft MB's\, scout skill MB's\, natur
 al science MB's\, and BSA Lifeguard and COPE for older scouts.  Toting (T
 otin') Chip instruction (knife\, saw\, and axe) will be offered by T48 lea
 ders.  All meals will be in dining hall beginning with Sunday supper and 
 ending with Saturday breakfast.  Church services are usually offered Sun.
  and Wed. evenings.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nWe will plan for a Wednesday campfire fl
 ag retirement where family are welcome to attend. Any guests coming to cam
 p will need to submit a COVID-19 check or wait to have one administered. G
 uests may begin to arrive @ 7:30 PM and we should aim to begin our campfir
 e program around 8:15 PM. Friday guests are welcome to eat dinner at the d
 ining hall provided that they have registered @ the Sequoyah Council and p
